The currency used for all of HPR’s transactions is Australian Dollars.
The cost of all products, including any quantity discounts due to multiple purchases or Club Membership, are displayed with each product. All prices include GST and display as “+ Postage and Handling”.
Health Promotion Resources exists to help our customers and clients meet their safety, and health and wellness goals. We will despatch orders by Australia Post – Parcel Post within 1 week of receiving the order or if we are out of stock we will notify the client within 2 working days of the available delivery date or the option to supply a refund.
HPR will ship to the customer’s shipping address within 1 week of order.
Shipping costs are:-
Delivery within Australia:
- $11.00 including GST for most orders.

- Our VHI Exercise Idea Books - $5.50 including GST
- Receipted delivery - $16.50 including GST
Delivery outside Australia:
- Please contact us for a quote, based, on destination, weight and volume.
HPR will replace, at HPR’s cost, any goods which are found to be damaged when delivered or which are lost in transit, details of which must be submitted to HPR within 10 days of recept of goods. If any product does not meet a customer’s expectations, HPR may offer an alternate product, at the prevailing cost of the replacement product. If HPR considers that the product meets the description supplied on the website at time of purchase, then the customer can submit a written request explaining the reason the product does not meet expectations, and HPR will consider this request and act at its discretion.
Returns Policy for Digital products
At HPR Resources every effort is made to ensure our resources are of the highest quality. It is out policy to ensure all our resources match the descriptions detailed on our website. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of our resources, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to rectify the problem.
Re: Talking Sheets and Safety Talks - If on purchasing any of these resources you find your requirements are not met, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and outline your concerns. In the event that a refund is provided, an AUD$15 administration fee will be charged.
Please carefully choose the downloadable image file format you plan to use as purchases of downloadable images (as detailed above) are NOT REFUNDABLE.
The specific file types and uses are:
- Low resolution JPEG - 72 DPI. This image is specifically designed for inclusion as a graphic in electronic publications such as Intranet and PowerPoint
- High resolution JPEG - 200 DPI. This image is specifically designed for inclusion as a graphic in printed material
- High resolution PDF. This image is designed to be printed A3 or A4.
We offer payment options for Australian customers who can choose to pay by Mastercard or VISA, through our secure Westpac Bank gateway payment system, or by Invoice. Credit card customers will receive an e-mail advising the order is processed once payment clears. International customers can make payment by Mastercard or VISA only. EFT payments on invoice can be made directly into our bank account, the details of which are included on the invoice. A remittance advice should then be submitted to accounts@hprresources.com.au or sent to our fax (03) 9888 1993. For Credit Card payments, we add a surcharge of 1.5% to the purchase cost when Mastercard or VISA are used. We don’t accept PayPal, American Express or Diners Club as online payment methods. If you wish to use American Express or Diners Club to purchase a HPR or VHI product, please call, email or fax the Melbourne office.
Product Availability & Watermarking
If a customer orders a product and it is not available, HPR undertakes to contact that customer within 2 business days of order placement to advise when available or to offer a refund.
All thumbnail and detailed images are watermarked to protect HPR's intellectual property. Images and files purchased do not include watermarks.
The records Health Promotion Resources keeps about their customers, their contact details and purchases are for “in House” and internal use by Health Promotion Resources only. This information is NOT made available to any third party. Your privacy and confidentiality is assured.
Our website uses Geotrust's QuickSSL, which is active, utilizing a 128-bit SSL certificate thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible.
Digital Licence Agreement (including Downloadable products) / End User License Agreement
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read the terms of the following Licence Agreement carefully. This Health Promotion Resources Pty Ltd ("HPR") End-User Licence Agreement ("Licence") sets forth the terms and conditions under which you are licenced to use the products specified in Schedule 1 ("the Product"). You signify acceptance of the terms of this Licence by clicking “By checking this checkbox, you agree to our Terms & Conditions” or by using the Product.
1. LICENCE 1.1 Subject to clause 1.2, HPR hereby grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence:
(a) To use any digitally formatted Product which is purchased on a multi site basis, solely for the internal business purposes of your company or place of business. For the purposes of this Licence, "multi site" is defined as multiple physical locations of your company or place of business, which locations may include multiple buildings located on the same property. The Product is licenced for use on several machines within multiple sites.
(b) For the purposes of this Licence, ”internal business purposes” means purposes directly related to the Licensee’s internal business operations, but without limitation does not include providing the Product to third parties in any way.
(c) To make back-up copies of the Product, provided your back-up copies are not used in any other site.
(d) To reproduce, modify, display, distribute and otherwise use the Product in electronic or hard copy form:
(i) for internal documents, publications, presentations and communications;
(ii) on your company’s intranet.
1.2 You may reproduce, modify, display, distribute and use the Product in accordance with the licence in clause 1.1 provided that:
(a) Unless approved by HPR, you may not sell, sub-licence, assign or otherwise distribute the Product or modified versions of the Product as a stand-alone product outside the site(s) licenced;
(b) You may not use the Product in any document or website made available over the internet;
(c) The only modification to the Product permitted by this Licence is the addition of your corporate logo to the Product; and
(d) You may not remove any HPR logos, contact details or copyright notices that are included in the Product.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
2.1 For the purposes of this Licence, the term "Intellectual Property Rights" means all copyright, patents, registered and unregistered design rights, trademarks and service marks and applications for any of the foregoing, together with all trade secrets, know-how, rights to confidentiality and other intellectual and industrial property rights in all parts of the world.
2.2 You acknowledge that you obtain no Intellectual Property Rights whatsoever in the Product or any associated documentation. As between the parties all Intellectual Property Rights vest in HPR.
2.3 You acknowledge that Intellectual Property Rights in the Product, whether in original or modified form, are and remain the property of HPR and that the Product shall only be used or dealt with by you as provided in the Licence. You must ensure that all copies of the Product printed or reproduced by you, whether in original or modified form, bear the HPR copyright notice provided with the Product.
3. TERM The Licence is effective until terminated. You may terminate the Licence at any time by destroying the Product. HPR may terminate this Licence immediately by notice to you if you breach the terms of this Licence and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of becoming aware of it. If HPR terminates the Licence you must immediately destroy the Product together with all copies, modifications or substantial reproductions in any form. This requirement is without prejudice to any other rights and remedies that HPR may have in respect of your breach of this licence.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
4.1 HPR warrants the Product to be free of material defects in workmanship under normal use for ten days after purchase. During this ten day period you may return the defective Product to HPR and it will be replaced without charge unless damaged by accident or misuse.
4.2 Except as above, HPR makes no warranties, express or implied, as to any other matters including but not limited to non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability or fitness for any purpose.
4.3 Where any act of parliament implies in this Licence any term, condition or warranty, and that act avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of, the exercise of, or liability under that term condition or warranty, such term, condition or warranty shall be deemed to be included in this Licence. However, the liability of HPR for any breach of such term, condition or warranty shall be limited, at the option of HPR, to any one or more of the following:
(a) if the breach relates to goods:
(i) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
(ii) the repair of such goods;
(iii) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
(iv) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and
(b) if the breach relates to services:
(i) supplying of the services again; or
(ii) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
4.4 You warrant that you have not relied on any representation made by HPR which has not been stated expressly in this Licence or upon any descriptions or illustrations or specifications contained in any document including any catalogues or publicity produced by HPR.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 5.1 Unless this Licence expressly provides otherwise:
(a) to the maximum extent permitted by law, all express and implied conditions, warranties or liabilities (including liability as to negligence) regarding the condition, accuracy, suitability, quality or title to the Product contained therein are negated and excluded; and
(b) HPR gives no condition, warranty, undertaking or representation in relation to the condition, accuracy, suitability, quality of or title to the Product contained therein (including any material produced by or with the aid of any of them). The Product is not tailored to any user and is not a substitute for expert advice on your particular circumstances.
5.2 HPR's liability to you for all loss, damage, costs, expenses, claims, demands, actions and proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Licence, whether arising under common law (including negligence) or under statute, will be limited to the following extent:
(a) Notwithstanding anything in this clause 5.2 or in any other provision of this Licence, HPR will not be liable for any direct or indirect lost profit or revenue, exemplary damages, loss of goodwill, deletion or corruption of electronically or digitally stored information, or without limiting the foregoing, any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever described or claimed;
(b) HPR's liability to you for any proven loss or damage suffered by you relating to death or personal injury or damage to any real property or chattels caused by an act or omission of HPR will be limited for an aggregate of all claims to $10.00; and
(c) Otherwise in respect to all other claims HPR’s liability to you for all other proven loss and damage is limited for an aggregate of all claims to the amount paid by you for the Product.
