• a simple strategic process to encourage team discussion and learning about various OH&S issues
• a toolbox meeting for between 2-20 employees on the shop floor or in the training room, conducted by a team leader, supervisor or trainer
• flexible and allows you to mix and match the learning frames to meet your specific needs
• the vehicle to promote company safety policies and procedures
• structured learning built around 10 sequential learning frames.

2. EXPLORE to get everyone talking

3. EXPLAIN to achieve understanding

4. AGREE to gain commitment.
